The intent of the Contract is to allow the Government the flexibility of issuing task orders for design/build construction, modified design/build construction, or fully designed construction type work. The scope of the contract will include housing revitalization/replacement; renovation and repair to barracks, messhall, administrative buildings and warehouses in the Hawaii area. The Government anticipates issuing four contracts to the responsible offerors, whose proposals are determined most advantageous to the Government. The Government anticipates the Contract will have a maximum duration of five years which consist of three (3) years with a maximum of $100,000,000 for the Basic Contract with two (2) option periods for one (1) year with a maximum of $100,000,000. Proposals for individual firm-fixed priced task orders will be solicited competitively among the four contractors.
