Modification is to change solicitation from open competition to a 100% Set-aside for Certified 8A firms. The scope of work is to provide all the necessary labor, equipment, material and supervision to construct a 4 ft. loading dock and a truck access road (150 ft. long x 12 ft. wide) at an exisiting building. The work will include earhtwork, grading and paving operations. Estimate range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Bid opening date is not firm, but will be approximately April 21, 1998. Bonds will be required. West Virginia Contractors License must be submitted prior to commencement of work by Contractor and all Subcontractors. In order to obtain plans and specifications, please submit a $35 non-refundable fee payable to Alliant Techsystems with a written request.
