The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has a requirement for the construction of various structures for the FBI facility at Fort Monmouth, New Jersey. The work consist of the following: (1) Construction of concrete ramps (2) construction of handrails for individual with physical disabilities (3) Placement of automatic door openers (4) placement of electrical controls. No plumbing work is required. The Government estimate for this work is between $100,000 and $250,000. Estimated release date is March 31, 1998 and site visit is tentatively scheduled for April 14, 1998 at 11:00 a.m. local time at FBI Fort Monmouth, New Jersey. A 72 hour advance notice is required to attend the site visit. Bid opening is tentatively scheduled for 2:00 pm local time on April 30, 1998, at FBI Headquarters Room 10254, JEH-FBI Building, 935 Pennsylvania AVE., NW, Washington, DC 20535.
