Y -- REPAIR AND REPLACE ROOFS ON VARIOUS BUILDINGS AT U.S. ARMY DUGWAY PROVING GROUND, UTAH SOL DAAD07-98-B-0101 DUE 042898 POC Contract Specialist Margaret Carrillo (505) 678-5455 (Site Code DAAD07) The solicitation sets forth requirements for the repair and replacement of roofs at various locations at Dugway Proving Ground, Utah, in accordance with applicable drawings and specifications which will be included as an attachment to the solicitation. Work may include: removal of existing built-up, elastomeric, metal and shingle roofing; repair and/or replacement of the following: substrate for built-up, elastomeric and shingle roofs; roof framing members; roof trim components; roof flashings and sheet metal; metal roof decking; built-up roofing; shingle roofs, elastomeric roofing and metal roofing. The applicable Standard Classification Code (SIC) is 1761. The small business size standard is small if average annual receipts for the last three fiscal years do not exceed $7.0 million. A fixed price indefinite quantity contract is anticipated. Period of performance will be a one-year base period from effective date of award with four one-year options to extend. The anticipated total price range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 with a minimum guarantee of $40,000 for each year. This requirement is being issued in accordance with the Small Business Competiveness program and is unrestricted. Large business concerns shall submit a subcontracting plan. Exact project completion time will be specified in each delivery order issued. It is anticipated that the IFB will be issued on or about 27 Mar 98 with an estimated bid opening date of 27 Apr 98.
