Provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment required to remodel
the existing Commissary Buildings 2132 & 2134, Fort McCoy, WI. Project
includes, but is not limited to plumbing, electrical, and mechanical
work, drywall, painting, repair existing concrete floor slab, repair
existing pine plank floor, remove portion of existing ramp and handrail
and rebuild, install ADA compliant handrails, reconstruct toilet
facilities to comply with ADA, install vinyl floor, acoustical tile
grip lay in ceiling, and doors. The Contractor must construct work in
phases to accommodate government occupancy required during
construction. The Commissary will be open for business during the
construction period, therefore, the Contractors working hours will be
Monday 7 AM to 6 PM, and Tues. thru Fri. 4 PM to midnight. Magnitude of
the project is between $25,000 and $100,000. A 20% bid bond is required
if the bid is over $100,000. Performance and Payment Bonds are required
for the contract if it exceeds $100,000. A 50% Payment protection, but
no Performance Bond is required for the contract if it is greater than
$25,000 and less that $100,000. The SIC code for this procurement is
1541 and the size standard is $17M. Performance time is 180 calendar
days. Request for solicitation must be in writing accompanied by a
non-refundable certified check, cashier s check or money order payable
to US Treasury in the amount of $10.00 per package. No company,
personal, registered checks, or cash accepted. All responsible sources
