Work includes construction of approximately 5,500 LF of 6" Potable water line, water meter and vault; truck filling facility with reduced pressure backflow preventer (RPBP); and electrical work for service line. This project is estimated between $100,000 and $250,000. SIC 1623, for the purpose of determining small business status for this acquisition, the average annual receipts of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $17 million. Period of performance is 90 calendar days. This acquistion is issued pursuant to the "Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988" and subsequent award will be subject to the Small BUsiness Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this acquisition is Unrestricted; however, solicitation will contain an evaluation preference for SDB concerns.
