SOL DACA67-98-R-0025 DUE 050698 POC Contract Specialist Grant J Furulie (206) 764-6713 (Site Code DACA67) The Seattle District Corps of Engineers is soliciting proposals for multiple award, multi-year contracts to perform multidisciplinary demolition of wooden buildings work at Fort Lewis and its Subinstallations in Western Washington. Typical work involves: demolish wood frame buildings ranging from 60 SF to 260,000 SF interior area, and removing and disposing of all debris including asbestos and other hazardous waste materials. Two indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contracts are anticipated to be awarded as a result of this solicitation. As requirements develop, Task Orders will be issued on a competitive or sole source basis to the awardees of this solicitation at the Government's option. Each contract will include a base year and four option year periods. Maximum value of all work awarded under this solicitation is $25,000,000 over the life of the contracts. Task Order minimum and maximum limits are $300,000 to $5,000,000 respectively. This solicitation will include a sample project which will be awarded as the first Task Order. Solicitation will be issued on CD-ROM. Solicitation will be made available on or about 23 Mar 98 at no charge per set. No individual sheets will be available. Firms desiring consideration must request a copy of the solicitation, RFP No. DACA67- 98-R-0025, in writing within ten calendar days after date of this publication; and must respond with the information requested therein. Documents will be made available on a first come first served basis until supply is exhausted. No phone requests accepted. Solicitations may be picked up from the Plans Room Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Submit requests by March 20, 1998.
