P/N 4068093, NSN 2840-01-234-8673PT Noun 3rd Stage Fan Blade And/Or NSN 2840-01-227-7106PT P/N 4066673 Output as NSN 2830-01-234-234-8673PT P/N 4068093 Repair of blade sets consist of the following: Visual inspection and cleaning of blades Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection Utrasonic Test Inspection Plasma Spray Coating Bend re pair, shot peen, an FPI Apply seal and anti-gallant Final quality check In order to accomplish FPI and hardcoating processes, both processes require vendor to be certified; however, for F PI the certification is a generic approval whereas for application of PWA 53-46 and PWA 53-69 require a part sp ecific approva. Qualitification Requirements are not available at SA-ALC. An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of an acquisition. The Ombudsman does not diminish the authority of the program director or Contracting Officer, but communicates Contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate Government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman shall maintain strict confidentially as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
