B -- PROGRAM FILES FOR ANALYSIS OF BENEFITS AND EARNINGS DUE 032098 POC Elizabeth Clark 410-965-9465 The Social Security Administration (SSA) intends to negotiate with Abt Associates a modification to contract 600-92-0108 for Evaluation of Project NetWork Models to include the preparation of SSA's program files for analysis of the benefits and earnings experience of project participants and eligible nonparticipants. This task is an integral part of numerous other tasks that Abt Associates has performed under this contract which was awarded to Abt in June 1992. Abt is the only company intimately knowledgeable about the NetWork Modeling project and has demonstrated its knowledge, efficiency, and extensive experience with this type of work so that it can deliver an acceptable product for the stated additional work. Abt is the only company having the experience and related knowledge of this contract to be able to provide this additional work. Other parties who believe they are capable of providing this service must respond within 10 days of this announcement with any pertinent information setting forth their capabilities and experience.
