The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Services is soliciting for proposals from interested offerors to provide Orthopedic Services to IHS beneficiaries served by the Santa Fe Service Unit, Santa Fe, New Mexico. This acquisition is released as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, as a non-personal service contract. Services are required in the ambulatory clinics at the Santa Fe Indian Hospital and Taos/Picuris Pueblo, New Mexico and surgery days at the Santa Fe Indian Hospital. A single contract will be awarded for a base year and four, one-year options for renewal. All proposals received will be evaluated and considered by the Government. Proposal will be evaluated based on numerically weighted technical evaluation factors. Offerors are advised that evaluation of the technical and cost/price proposals will be of equal value, the in case of a tie on the technical rating, cost will be the determining factor for contract award. Offeror must be have the availability to meet the required deliverables, possess a current, unrestricted license in one of the 50 States, must have liability insurance coverage, all physicians must be Board Certified in Orthopedics (American Board of Orthopedic Surgery), All physicians must reside and practice in Albuquerque, Santa Fe or elsewhere in the northern New Mexico area.
