73 -- FOOD SERVICE AND DESK CLERK SUPPORT AT THE AEGIS COMBAT SYSTEMS CENTER, WALLOPS ISLAND, VIRGINIA The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division is seeking eligible 8(a) Sources capable of providing full food services and assignment desk clerk services for the General Mess and Combined BOQ/BEQ at the AEGIS Combat Systems Center, Wallops Island, Virginia. Food service tasking includes requisitioning and receipt of food, preparation and serving meals, cashier services, food service equipment maintenance, sanitation and custodial services, management and quality control of services provided, and provision of materials and supplies. Assignment desk clerk tasking includes operation of a billeting reservation service, registration and check-out of all personnel, collection and deposit of fees, provision of message service and maintenance of records and report submission. The appropriate SIC Code is 5812, with a size standard of $15Million. This is not a request for proposal.
