Work includes, but is not limited to providing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to (1) demolish existing utilities and structures; (2) alter an existing aircraft maintenance hangar, 71,000 SF; (3) construct a general purpose maintenance building to include administrative functions, an inspection shop, and repair shops, 45,600 SF; and (4) construct a combination fuel system maintenance and corrosion control hangar, 29,400 SF. Total estimated magnitude of projects is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000. The construction performance period is 450 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. Solicitation documents will be issued on or about 30 March 1998. These documents will be available on compact disk, floppy disk, or paper at prices charged by a contracted source. Estimated bid opening date is 30 April 1998 and anticipated award date is mid-May 1998. SIC for this acquisition is 1542 and the small business size standard is $17 Million.
