Work includes recovery of refrigerant, removal of existing condensing unit, disconnection of refrigerant pipings, installation of new condensing unit, including piping re-connections, recharging of unit and testing of unit for proper operation. A one time site visit is tentatively scheduled for 8 April 1998.
