This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis with General Services Engineering, Incorporated, 9731 Philadelphia Road, Baltimore, MD 21237. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1; only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. General Services Engineering, Incorporated, is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and owns the proprietary data rights to these power supplies. This will be a firm fixed price contract.
