This solicitation is for a 750-ton, 16-foot bed, hydraulic press brake for use in forming metal into irregular and structural shapes in accordance with the specifications contained in the solicitation. The brake must meet the following requirements: 12'3" clearing between housings, minimum 750 ton capacity throughout the stroke, capability of punching with die sets at 2/3 the machine tonnage, throat clearance of 20" from the centerline, automatic bed leveling, crowning of the bed and ram, adjustable front material supports, two portable foot switch controls, portable dual palm button control, true centerline loading, recessed ram die clamp bolts, and automatic centralized pressure lubrication. System must include one computer numerical control unit and one tooling package of various size dies. Installation and training will also be required. Technical data submitted shall include: preliminary installation plans, manuals, spare parts lists, PCB certifications, OSHA certifications, MSDS, and Material Lockout/Tagout data.
