The proposal will be based on a currently established Direct Vendor Delivery commercial support method modified for unique military program requirements. The scope of this effort includes full program management tomeet demand requirements through repair/replace or overhaul of allsystem items. This includes reliability improvements through technology insertion through out the resultant contract term. Premium availability goals are required and full management of inventory. Configuration management, obsolescence management, transportation, storage and requistion processing through EDI are required. The resultant contract will be a requirements type contract within Direct Vendor Delivery performance methodology for a multi-year period with a 2 year base and 4 two-year options.
