Line Item 1 is for a Degausser which is capable of declassifying information for various electronic media including full height hard drives up to 5 1/4" in height without removal of disk platters; floppy diskettes; tape cassettes, cartridges and reels up to 10 1/2" in diameter. The deguasser MUST be military certified in accordance with DoD 5200.28M requirements and MUST meet the following minimum specifications: coercivity of 750 oesteds; cycle time of 58 seconds/60 Hz and power of 208 Volts/60 Hz/30 Amps. Line Item 2 is for a Universal Hard Drive Adapter and Line Item 3 is for a multi-purpose Medium Format Adapter. This procurement will be conducted using simplified acquisition procedures and evaluation/award will be based on the offer that is in conformance with this synopsis and which represents the lowest cost to the government.
