Kewley, Contracting Officer This solicitation will result in several contracts being awarded for Cultural Resource Services. We expect to award a Base bid with four option year awards encompassing approximately 11,000 acres. Their services include inventories and/or evaluations of Cultural Resources on the Black Hills National Forest, South Dakota. These contract will be issued as Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantities (IDIQ). Individual projects will be issued as Task Orders. The estimated minimum quantity per Task Order is 6,000 acres. This solicitation requires a technical and cost proposal. The technical proposal will be evaluated in accordance with the following factors; 1) technical approach, 2) past performance, 3) experience, and 4) cost. The cost proposal will not be project specific. Each task order issued will be further evaluated as to price and any project specific technical requirements. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. (0069)
