SOL F04626-98-Q0778 DUE 033198 POC Mick Rowe, Contract Specialist, 707424-7772 This solicitation is for Architect Engineer Multi-Disciplinary Services to preform two(2) projects simultaneously. The projects are, (1) Add Dental Instrument Processing Center to existing dental facility. (2) Replace High Volume Vacuum System within dental facility. The projects include but are not limited to the following: Site utilities, landscaping systems, exterior wall system, doors and windows, moisture and thermal protection(roofs, flashing,insulation and sealants), interior finishes, special dental equipment, electrical systems and mechanical systems. Respondents maust be able to provide finished drawings on electronic media in AutoCad or Intergraph format. Issue date O/A 18 Mar 98. The magnitude for design of these projects is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The Performance period is 165 calendar days. Criteria which will be used for selecting firm in declining order of preference is as follows:(1)Experience in work of nature;(2)Professional qualifications;(3)Past Experience;(4)Distance of office from Travis AFB, California;(5)Capacity of the firm to do the prescribed work in the required time;(6)Volume of work previously awarded. Respondents must be prepared to deal with surveys and abatement of asbestos and other hazardous materials encountered during design and construction. The site is Seismic Zone 4. Respondents may be required to provide examples of the completed projects and references during the selection process. Submisssion of Standard Forms 254 and 255 are required.
