The purchase order will require the Contractor to provide monthly updates for the DealScan/Tear Sheets Database. Loan Pricing Corporation is the sole proprieter of the source code for its products and the only source authorized to provide montly updates. Therefore, this procurement is a sole source and no solicitation will be available. However, Contractors that believe they have the capability to satisfy this requirement must submit a proposal and pricing information to be considered by the Government no later than 15 days from the date of this announcement.
