COMMERCE BUSINESS DAILY ISSUE OF MARCH 12,1998 PSA#2050COMMERCIALIZATION OPPORTUNITY FOR MERCURY MEASUREMENT TECHNOLOGY The
Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) intends to license or sell two (2)
technologies related to the measurement of mercury in gases: 1) a
method to compensate for interferences to mercury measurement in gases
(patent pending; claims allowed) and, 2) a method for the
determination of total mercury in exhaust gases (patent pending). The
two technologies can be integrated into an instrumental mercury
continuous emissions monitoring system for accurate, real-time
measurement and speciation of mercury in gases. Potential licensees or
buyers should express interest in the technologies in writing by mail
or fax to TVA no later than April 13, 1998, including a brief
statement of your experience and capabilities to commercialize the
technology. TVA's Environmental Research and Services staff will be
available on a fee basis for technology engineering and
