The U.S. Army, Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District will be releasing subject solicitation as a draft solicitation for industry comment o/a 20 March 1998. Included on CD-ROM will be the technical specifications and drawings for core and shell renovation as well as the draft solicitation document. The solicitation document will include the government's evaluation factors for award as well as information concerning the requirement for oral presentations. A pre-solicitation conference is planned to take place on April 2, 1998. Location and time to be announced. All comments on the draft solicitation are required to be submitted not later than April 6, 1998 for incorporation into the final solicitation document which is scheduled for release o/a April 30, 1998. All comments/questions may be faxed to the contract specialist, Mrs. Susan Hanle, 410-962-2776. All offerors that have currently requested the solicitation under previous announcements will automatically be sent a copy of the draft RFP. Any new requests for this document must be in writing and faxed to the above identified number.
