Site stabilization will consist of placing an extended concrete plug alongside the borehole junction box. Clearing the blockage and restoring flow to the borehole will involve drilling inside the casing to a depth where the borehole is not blocked and clearing the blocked vertical section by drilling and reaming, thereby restoring flow.
