The Kootenai National Forest, Libby RD, Lincoln County MT is soliciting bids for the construction of McGregor Lake Campground. Construct access roads, 22 campsite units, 1 campground host site, campground fee station, tent camp area, 30' by 50' concrete boat ramp, macadam stabilized trails, & bulletin board type information center. Install 9 GFP concrete vault toilets, 4 trashcan holders, and GFP signs, tables, fire rings. Furnish and install a potable water system (includes installation of a precast concrete mechanical building), ten new water hydrants and a new water fountain. Demolish 9 existing day use sites, 11 existing water system fixtures, and 2 wooden toilets with concrete bases. Develop pit and produce necessary screened pit run aggegate. Seed all distrubed areas. Additive item includes either double application of bituminous surface treatment or placement of hot bituminous mix on roads and parking areas. Price range is between $250,000 and $500,000.
