Both Technical and Price Proposals are required. The work includes exterior restoration including window replacement, brick restoration, utilities work, handicap ram, new storage buildings and new three car garage. Interior restoration and renovation includes new plaster on gypsum board lathe walls, new wood doors and frames, new finishes, and restored existing finishes, new elevator, new plumbing fixtures, new mechanical and electrical systems, new fire protection system, new copper roofing and repairs to existing roofing and chimney flues.
