Z -- IDC, ESD CRU FLOOR COATING SOL F03602-98-R0003 DUE 050498 POC Contact Ken Spohn, (501) 987-6470, or Contracting Officer, Loretta Zimmer, (501) 987-3379; Facsimile Number (501) 987-8119 The principle features of work for Project Number NKAK 98-1041 include, but are not limited to: (a)Lead Based Paint (LBP) abatement as required by the project specifications and drawings; (b)Clean and repair all floors prior to coating applications; (c)Remove any existing chemically resistant urethane(CRU)that does not have good adhesion; (d)Installation of the ESD CRU Floor System; (e) Re-install floor markings as required; and (f) final debris removal and clean- up. This will be a requirement type contract. The estimated cost of construction is between $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00 for all three periods. The performance period will be a base year with two (2) one year option periods. This procurement is being issued on an unrestricted basis with small disadvantaged business evaluation preference. Contract award will be determined by using the newly drafted Air Force Basic Source Selection Procedures. This office proposes to issue an RFP F03602-98-R0003 on or about 04 Apr 98.
