The subject property will be vacant at the time of contract award. Payment and performance bonds will be required of the Contractor prior to issuance of a Notice to Proceed. Insurance Requirments include a $1 million general liability policy and complete indemnification of AMI and HUD for all contractor acts while demolition is in progress. Hourly wages under the contemplated contract shall be governed by the Service Contract Act. The estimated cost of the two demolition jobs combined is from $1.5 million to $2.5 million.
