This action is for the procurement of Charges, Demolition, Flexible, Linear, Lead Sheathed (FLSCs): 40 grain CH-6 per foot, MIN 2,400 each/MAX 10,000 each; 60 grain CH-6 per foot, MIN 200 each/MAX 5,000 each; 75 grain CH-6 per foot, MIN 3,000 each/MAX 15,000 each; 225 grain CH-6 per foot, MIN 600 each/MAX 3,000; 400 grain CH-6 per foot, 450 each/MAX 2,500; and, 600 grain CH-6 per foot, MIN 200 each/MAX 1,500. Data shall be procured in the form of Ammunition Data Cards. Ordering period is 60 months from contract award. FLSCs shall be manufactured in accordance with Marine Corps Drawings, Automated Data Lists within the Statement of Work and WS-21393 Revision E to be provided with the solicitation package. The Government will provide CH-6 as GFM. Minimum quantity is due 120 days after contract award. Inspection and Acceptance shall be at Destination. Quality Assurance shall be according to commercial practices and MIL-Q-9858. The delivery terms shall be F.O.B. Origin. Anticipated Issue Date is 01APR98 with an Anticipated Closing Date of 01MAY98, 2:00 PM EST. This is an unrestricted proposal.
