enter into a Firm Fixed Definite Delivery Definite Quantity Type
contract for one (1) NC Machining Work Center. UNICOR is offering a
Wadkin Molder and Mattsion Ripsaw as trade in towards the purchase of
the NC Machining Work Center. Line Item 0001 -- NC Machining Center to
include capability for boring and routing, work table to incude 6
panel supports and backstops, and pneumatic side and central stops.
Machine is to have 13 independent vertical spindles in a "T"
configuration on 32MM Centers. Machine will accomodate working
thickness up to 60MM, capability for horizontal opposed boring with 2-X
Axis units and 1-Y Axis Unit. Numerical controls are to include
multitask real-time operation with floppy disk drive and standard PC
keyboard operation. Programming is to include boring optimizator for
selection of minimum routing and boring striking time to increase panel
output. Machine is to have all applicable safety devices. Training
shall be included in pricing. Period of Performance is date of award
through thirty (30) days thereafter. Delivery acceptance is 30 days
after receipt of delivery order. Additional specifications will be made
available in solicitation package. This is a Brand name requirement for
the Biesse Rover 321/R model. No telephone request will honored. All
