This requirement is for an automatic gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW) system with min 450 AMP continuous current/voltage power supply, high frequency arc starter, integrated cooling system, min. 500 AMP GTAW torch. System must also include at GTAW control and data system, operation station, motor command center, work piece manipulator, torch positioner, rotary positioner, wire feeder, and wire nozzle positioner. This requirement includes installation and provide training to shipyard personnel. Preliminary Installation Planning drawings, manuals, spare parts list, PCB certs, OSHA certs, and MSDS data are required. FOB Destination to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, Bremerton, WA.
