Naval Research Laboratory intends to solicit and negotiate with only HYDRO-OPTICS, BIOLOGY AND INSTRUMENTATION to purchase the following items: A) One HydroScat-6 consisting of; Six-wavelength in-situ backscattering sensor calibrated to provide measurements of the backward scattering coefficient; internal datalogger with 256K memeory software package; manual shipping case with option set 2 of Wavelengths: 442,488,532,589,620,671, and B) One Data Download Cable connects the HydroScat-6 to a computer for download in internally stored measurements, and C) Power Supply and data interference box for turnkey operation of the HS6, and D) 200 meters of underwater cable for real-time profiles eith the hydroScat 6.
