69 -- WORLDWIDE LIVE TRAINING SYMPOSIUM "98" SOL ATSC00-0000-0001 POC N/A (Site Code DABT60) This is an interim message on the Worldwide Live Training Symposium 98, previously scheduled for 13-17 April 98 is now scheduled for 21-23 Jul 98, sponsored and hosted by the Combat Training Support Directorate (CTSD), Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff for Training, HQ TRADOC. The Symposium's theme is "The Second Training Revolution and the Live Training Environment." The Symposium will address the near term training challenges at installation level of modernization, training strategies, environmental impacts, and the digital division experience. The intent is to inform and assist Macom and installation personnel in planning for future requirements. CTSD staff from the range, targetry, instrumentation, STRAC, TES and land management divisions will participate in the Symposium's workshops. The Symposium will take place at the Holiday Inn, Hampton Coliseum Hotel and Conference Center, 1815 West Mercury Blvd, Hampton, VA 23666.
