Bidders shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their bid. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/ solicitation and a written amendment will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items is prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this solicitation. The purpose of this amendment is to add 30 gallon open top drums to the synopsis. Add the following items to the bid schedule: CLIN 0001b, 300 EA, 30 gallon drum, open top (1A2). CLIN 1001b (first option year) and CLIN 2001b (second option year) are the same as CLIN 0001b. The UN specifications for the 30 gallon open top drums are 1A2/Y1.5/100 and 1A2/X250/5, Design 903008. These drums are to be delivered to Yakima Training Center, Yakima Washington. This combined synopsis/solicitation, Number DAKF57-98-B-0005, Amendment 2, is issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB). The due date for receipt of bids remains at March 23, 1998 at 4:00 PM (PT). Bidders shall include all required representations and certifications with their bid.
