The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Patuxent River Maryland intends to acquire the lease and recycle of 203,600 Lbs of Plastic Media, Media shall be Type V Grade A 20/30, Type II Grade 12/20, and Type III (future requirements). The contractor shall furnish labor, equipment, material, facilities and transportation to provide on-call delivery, pick-up and recycling of plastic blast media and the recycling of spent material in accordance with the SOW. The contractor shall provide copies of all permits, licenses and approvals required by regulatory agencies when submitting their proposal. Failure to provide certificates will make to bidder non-responsive. Request for copies of the solicitation must reference the entire solicitation number. Interested parties must respond electronically via e-mail. All amendments shall be sent electronically. All responsible sources solicited may submit a proposal which shall be considered. Period of performance is one base year with four (4) one year option periods. Any questions must be submitted in writing. A firm fixed, requirements contract is anticipated. No telephone request will be accepted. The solicitation will be available over the Internet in Word 6.0TM format and will reside on the NAVAIR Home Page, located on the World Wide Web (WWW).
