establish a fixed price/quantity contract for repair/update of B1B and
gates and F-15 initiators. Work shall be accomplished IAW Appendices
A and C. Item 0001 Initiator, NSN: 1377-01-262-0521ES, P/N: 6064200,
169 each. Item 0002 IV and Gate, NSN: 1377-01-271-5483ES, P/N:
6038100-04. 70 each. To include all required reports and data. The
contractor shall provide all labor and other parts/materials and
equipment to accomplish this effort. Delivery: 9 months after receipt
of reparable end item. Destn: Hill AFB, UT 84056 The Government does
not have sufficient, accurate or legible data to procure this repair.
Contractor has claimed proprietary rights to their data, and are not
willing to remove the rights. The approximate issue/response date will
be 31 Mar 98. The anticipated award date will be 23 Apr 98. Written

requests received directly from the requestor are acceptable. All
responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation
which shall be considered. It is suggested that small business firms
or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with
the described procurement make contact with the firm(s) listed. Request
for copies of solicitations must reference the entire solicitation
number, including purchasing office identification number. To expedite
your request, limit the number of individual solicitation numbers
requested per letter to not more than 10. Don't request information on
this requirement until after the issue date. An Ombudsman has been
appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during
the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the
Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or
contracting officer, but to communicate contractor, concerns, issues,
disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government
personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict
confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not
participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection
