The Financial Management Service (FMS) has a requirement for Commercial Facilities Management (CFM) for the Liberty Center Building, located at 401-14th Street, S. W., Washington, DC 20227. The Contractor shall provide the following management, administrative and technical support functions: 1) Facilities Management not to include fire alarms, high voltage switchgear, landscape and grounds maintenance; 2) Operation & maintenance of mechanical/electrical equipment; 3) Architectural/structure and substaining maintenance repairs; 4) Janitorial/pest control/snow removal; 5) Trash/debris removal/disposal; 6) Reimbursable services (facilities alterations). The period of performance will be from OCTOBER 1, 1998 through SEPTEMBER 30, 1999, with four one year options.
