Chapman, Contracting Officer, (817) 534-8400, Ext. 3041 The Federal Medical Center, Fort Worth, Texas is soliciting for a Spanish Speaking Psychologist to perform a non-personal service at the above listed location. These services are considered contractual in nature and should not be considered a personal appointment to the Bureau of Prisons. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The work to be performed under the resulting contract shall consist of specialized psychological services to Hispanic inmates, provide professional opinions to staff concerning social and cultural issues of Hispanic inmates, and provide professional opinions regarding mental health issues of Hispanic inmates. The contractor will prepare and provide written reports to the Chief Psychologist. The successful contractor will provide sessions on an as needed basis only, to be determined by the institution, Chief of Psychology, with each session being one hour in length, unless otherwise agreed upon. The contractor must be available for emergency contacts, (after 4:00p.m. and weekends) and respond to any crisis at the institution during off hours. This procurement will be awarded utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
