Q -- THE SECRETARY'S AWARD FOR INNOVATIONS IN HEALTH PROMOTIONS AND DISEASE PREVENTION SOL HRSA-230-BHPR-5(8) DUE 042798 POC Frank Murphy (301) 443-5165 The Health Resources and Services Administration proposes to conduct a limited competition after exclusion of sources in order to contract with one of the twelve professional associations of the Federation of Associations of Schools of Health Professions (FASHP). The purpose of the contract is to conduct the Secretary's Award for Innovations in Health Promotions and Disease Prevention contest held annually on behalf of the Secretary by the Bureau of Health Professions in collaboration with one of the professional associations in the FASHP. This requirement will be for forty-five months. This contest is limited to students of Federation of Associations of Schools of Health Professions. The twelve professional associations in FASHP are the only responsible sources capable of providing the required work and services as set forth in 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1). Interested parties may in writing, identify their interest and submit a capability statement within 15 days from the date of the publication of this notice. See Note 22. (0070)
