The services are amended to delete file preparation, and electronic imaging. No services will be required to be on site at Enforcement Center Locations. There will be no contractor personnel subject to the Service Contract Act. Contractors will support Enforcement Center field office locations in New York, Atlanta, Ft. Worth, Chicago and Los Angeles in the areas of assessment and analysis of multifamily properties that have been referred to the Enforcement Center for failing a physical or financial audit. The RFP will be issued on or about March 27, 1998. ALL PREVIOUS REQUESTS FOR THE SOLICITATION WILL BE HONORED.
