a requirement for the lease of three each, two bedroom apartments for
the period 1 April 1998 -- 31 July 1998. This is a combined
synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with
the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional
information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the
only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written
solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F33601-98-Q0817, is
being issued as a Request for Quote(RFQ). This solicitation document
and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through
Federal Acquisition Circular 97-3. This procurement is a 100% small
business set-aside. The associated Standard Industrial Code (SIC) for
this procurement is 7021; size standard is 500 employees. Three Each
apartments are to be within ten miles of the Lockheed Martin plant in
Marietta Georgia. Apartments shall include two bedrooms, two bathrooms,
a complete kitchen including microwave, complete living room, complete
bedrooms with queen size beds and bedding, towels, extra linens and
toiletries. Lease shall include utilities, local telephone, 1-800 long
distance, cable or satellite TV, weekly cleaning including towels,
linen and toiletries (replaced regularly). The following FAR clauses
