This is the second and final notice that will appear in the CBD. Contractor shall provide labor, material, equipment and supervision to furnish a new storage building at Pullman, Washington. Work shall consist of the following: demolition and disposal of existing barn and granary structure; new concrete foundation and slab; design and construction of single-story, un-insulated, pre-engineered metal building, with approximate dimensions 84' x 40'; installation of overhead door assemblies; design and installation of mechanical and electrical items; and incidental work. Invitation for Bid 13-91H2-98 will be available on or about March 17, 1998. The estimated cost range for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000.
