This work includes provisions of necessary labor, supplies, materials, equipment, and supervision required for the provision of miscellaneous work to consist of replacing sheaves, wire rope, and full load test certification on 35 ton primary cranes and 10 ton auxiliary cranes as specified. Also, required will be the provision of preventive maintenance inspection (PMI), minor repairs on overhead bridge cranes, and incidental related work at the Crane Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane, IN. All replacement parts or modifications of equipment shall meet or exceed the original equipment manufacturer's requirements. This will include approval by the NSWC Crane engineer. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) for this project is 1796. The related Small Business size standard is 7.0 million. Completion time is 120 calendar days after award.
