Work shall include installation of TB control devices & pressure monitors with alarms, electrical modifications to existing HVAC system, and interior finishes in various areas through the medical facility. This is an Unrestricted Acquisition pursuant to the P.L. 100-656 Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. Performance time will be 45 calendar days after date of receipt of the Notice To Proceed. Cost Range is between $100,000. to $200,000. Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code for this acquisition is #1542, General Construction. The Government will require a 60-day acceptance period for bids submitted.
