General Description: The work includes removal and disposal of asbestos containing materials, lead-containing paint and PCB containing light ballasts; the removal of concrete pad, concrete block retaining wall, bollards, catch basin, pipe, fencing, masonry, doors and frames, roofing, oil tank, vent lines, exhaust fans, ductwork, fin tube radiation, unit heaters, air compressor, circuit breaker, underground feeder, lighting fixtures, and panel; the provision of earthwork, sanitary sewerage, storm drainage, fencing, cast-in-place concrete, masonry, metal fabrications, carpentry, roof and deck insulation, EPDM roofing, flashing and sheet metal, fire stopping, sealants, steel doors and frames, sectional overhead doors, aluminum windows, door hardware, glazing, paints and coatings, fire extinguishers, wiremesh partitions, toilet and bath accessories, fire alarm system, mechanical sound and vibration control, mechanical insulation, natural gas piping, low pressure compressed air piping, plumbing systems, warm air heating systems, air handling units, industrial ventilation and exhaust, ductwork and accessories, HV testing/adjusting/balancing, interior electrical distribution system and lighting; and incidental related work.
