Varian P/N 9699050 Or Equal meeting aforementioned specifications. Quantity 2 Each. Item No. 2 Turbo Pump Controller; Must Be Compatible With Item No. 1 Above; 120 V AC, 60 Hz Electrical Input; Varian P/N 9699544 Or Equal. Quantity 2 Each. Item No. 3 Turbo Pump Inlet Screen, DN 160; Varian P/N 9699304 Or Equal. Quantity 2 Each. The provisions and clauses in the RFQ are those in effect through FAC 97-03. The DPAS rating for this procurement is DO-C9.
