The solicitation number is NMA100-98-R-0039 and this solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-45. The National Imagery and Mapping Agency wishes to procure the following line item: CLIN0001 Mountaingate RSP-2150I Tape Drives, Qty.4, (Single-ended, rack mount) . The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Technical acceptability of brand name and price. Award will be made to the technical acceptable offer of the brand name whose price is the lowest. Delivery is to be 30 days after receipt of order, FOB destination to the following location: National Imagery & Mapping Agency 3200 South Second Street, St. Louis. MO 63118, MS L-17. The offerors agree to hold the prices in its offer firm for 30 calendar days from the date prices specified for receipt of offers, unless another time period is specified.
