The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Patuxent River announces its intention to procure on a competitive basis for services and materials necessary to provide engineering and technical support services at Fixed Wing Patrol (VP) Special Projects Operating Sites for the P-3 Special Project Aircraft Avionics Subsystems. The contractor shall be required to perform the following tasks: Fleet Site Engineering and Technical Support, Crew Station Manual Development, Update Eguipment Arrangement, Maintenance/Training Documentation, Configuration/Data Management, Configuration Identification, Configuration Control, Configuration Status Accounting, Engineering Relational Database, and Technical Documentation Operation and Maintenance. This acquisition will be a one hundred(100)% set aside for small business concerns. The SIC Code is 8711. The services shall be performed at Lexington Park, MD, Brunswick ME, and Honolulu, HI. The planned period of performance is for one base year plus four option years. The estimated level of effort required is approximately 175,000 hours. All interested parties must have or be able to obtain a DOD Top Secret facility clearance and a DOD Secret Level of Safeguarding capabilities clearance.
