Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) has a requirement for engineering and
technical support in the areas of fluid dynamics, stability and
control, fabrication technology, digital avionics, systems design,
structural analysis, mechanical hardware design and advanced software
development related to conceptual and exploratory research for offboard
countermeasure decoy systems and subsystems, specifically unmanned air
vehicles, Electronic Warfare (EW), Information Warfare (IW) and
Littoral Warfare. The research will be conducted primarily at NRL,
Washington, DC 20375. An Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite Quantity
(IDIQ) contract is anticipated for award with a minimum of 11,400 hours
and a maximum of 57,200 hours. The period of performance in which
orders may be written is sixty (60) months from date of award. Numbered
Note 26 applies. NRL utilizes Electronic Commerce (EC) to issue
Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Amendments to the RFP. This
