Service contract for all fees, labor, packaging, removal, transportation and disposal of hazardous items from DRMOs Norfolk/Williamsburg, and surrounding locations. SP4400-98-R-0004 will be issued on or about March 25, 1998. Approximate closing date is April 29, 1998. This solicitation will result in a requirements type contract being awarded to one contractor. This contract will have an 18-month base period and three 12-month option periods. Performance will be requested by issuance of written delivery orders against the basic contract. Qualifications: Prospective contractors or subcontractors must be able to meet all Federal, state, and local laws, ordinances and regulations governing disposal of hazardous waste materials and environmental protection.
