This solicitation, Number NMA401-98-R-0007, is being issued as a Request for Proposal. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-03. The National Imagery and Mapping Agency intends to issue an order for the following services: The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform maintenance, repairs, testing and inspections of the fire detection/suppression systems for Erskine Hall, Abert Hall, Roberdeau Hall, Maury Hall, Emory Building, Ruth Building, Warren Building, Motor Pool, and Fremont Building located in Bethesda, MD. Normal hours of operation are from 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM (local time) Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers in descending order of importance: A. Technical: 1. Relative Experience, 2. Personnel Resources, 3. Quality Control Program; and B. Price. These services are to be performed for the base year to be effective the date of award through 30 September 1998 and 2 option years.
